Cancellation Policy

At The Royals Apricot Garden, we value our guests and strive to provide the best possible experience. Please take note of our cancellation policy and other important information:

1. Cancellation Fees:

   • Cancellations made within 0-7 days of the reservation: No refunds will be issued.
   • Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the reservation: A 50% refund will be provided.
   • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the reservation: A full refund will be issued.

1. Early Check-Out:

   • In the event of an early check-out, a penalty equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.

1. No-Show Policy:

   1. Guests who fail to show up for their reservation will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's rate.

1. Valid ID:

   • A valid ID must be presented by the primary guest at the time of check-in.

1. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

   • Standard check-in time is 3 PM.
   • Standard check-out time is 12 PM.
   • Any check-ins before 7 AM or check-outs after 1 PM will be charged at the full room rate.

Please note that these policies apply to direct bookings made with The Royals Apricot Garden. If you have made a reservation through a third-party platform or travel agent, their cancellation policy may apply.

We recommend guests to consider travel insurance to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or changes to your reservation.
